Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Western Charm Boutique! Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of original purchase or ship date.
Returns made within 7 days are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
Returns made after 7 days and within 14 days are eligible for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved returns received within 7 days will be refunded to the original form of payment. Approved returns received after 7 days but within the 14-day return period will be issued as store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
